Manage Quotas

Quotas are set per quota carrying user, year and month. In case you manage quotas on other units than the month (e.g. quarter or year) just split the quarterly or annual quota to the respective month.

Quotas are maintained as values. The value is interpreted as amount in the system set currency.

When you launch the quota manager from the admin panel the current year is preselected. To switch to another year simply choose the appropriate year from the year dropdown. To edit a value, click into the field and change the value.
