Sales Performance Reports

Sales Performance Reports are general Reports to analyze Sales performance of a sales Team.

Quota Achievement YTD

The quota Achievement YTD compares the defined Sales Quotas per Sales Rep with the total amount of closed Opportunities both taken YTD.

The comparison is done based on absolute amounts as well as based on percentage.

Win Loss Analysis (count)

The win/loss analysis calculates the ratio of the won opportunities vs the total number of closed opportunities in term of number of opportunities. This is an indicator of the closing capabilities.

The report shows the won, lost and total number of opportunities as well as the win ratio which is the percentage of won opportunities of all closed opportunities. The result is also visualized in the chart.

Win Loss Analysis (sum)

The win/loss analysis calculates the ratio of the total amount of won opportunities vs the total amount of all closed opportunities (won and lost) in term of opportunity amount. This is an indicator of the closing capabilities but relates the opportunity amount into it.

Joined with the win/loss ratio this gives further insights on the capabilities to close bigger vs smaller opportunities. Seeing deviations between the closing rate in terms of count vs closing rate in terms of amount can be an indicator to ensure focusing the teams on large vs small opportunities.
