The Sales Guide in the Opportunity

The Opportunity in SpiceCRM includes a guide that supports the above laid out staged sales process. On top of an opportunity SpiceCRM displays the process and supports the Account Executive to perform the proper steps. It displays the current stage as well as the other stages. For each stage a short description is visible, the required actions are defined and their completion status is displayed.

The Guide provides a quick overview where your sales team is and if all required steps that are set as standards in process excellence are met.
